Service links
A service link is a doorway to a service: report an issue, pay a bill, apply for a permit, book a facility. It has no page of its own. It points somewhere: a page on your site, a hub form, or another website. Open Service links in the sidebar and press New.
The fields
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Title | The link's name, up to 100 characters. Required. |
| Description | A line under the name, up to 300 characters. |
| Icon | An icon's name from the Lucide set, such as credit-card or file-text. The editor shows it as you type. |
| Button label | The words on its button, up to 40 characters. |
| Link target | Where it goes: an address on your site starting with /, or an https, mailto: or tel: link. Required. |
| Placement | Where it appears. Required. |
| Order | Its position among the links in the same placement. |
The editor still asks for a Web address. It names the link in the admin.
The four placements
| Placement | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Header | In the bar across the top of every page. |
| Hero | As a button in the homepage banner. The first one also feeds the homepage's QR code. |
| Services grid | As a card in the services grid on the homepage. The first five also show in the footer. |
| Navigation | As an item in the main menu, after the pages. |
Ordering
The list groups the links by placement. Drag a row, or use Move up and Move down, and the site shows them in that order.
