Can records be edited or deleted after they are created?

No. Corrections are appended as new records that reference the prior version, and the original is preserved permanently. Aptli can reconstruct exactly what any record looked like on a specific past date — and the same applies to geographic data, so the exact map state (feature positions, layer contents) on any past date can be reconstructed too. This is what regulators and litigation discovery typically request.

How do field workers get access?

Admins create user accounts and assign roles that control exactly what each person can see and do. Field workers log in through the same portal URL — the app automatically presents a mobile-optimized interface with their assignments, work reports, photo and GPS capture, and QR code scanning for inventory pickups. No separate install or setup required.

How does Aptli prevent unauthorized inventory pickups?

Pickup codes are cryptographically signed and single-use, tied to a specific work assignment, and GPS-verified at the moment of scan. The server only releases stock when the code is valid for that assignment, that location, and that worker — a forwarded photo of a QR code, or a code from a closed assignment, will not move material.
