Social media and RSS

Your social channels

Social media lists your official channels. The homepage shows them under Follow us, in the order you set.

  1. Press + Add channel.
  2. Pick the Platform: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn or TikTok.
  3. Paste the Channel address, starting with https://.
  4. Leave Show on to show it. Order the channels with the arrows.
  5. Press Save.

The site lists up to eight channels. A row with no address is dropped when you save. Only administrators change this screen.

The RSS feed

The site publishes its latest posts, notices and events as an RSS feed at /rss.xml, the 50 newest. A resident adds that address to a feed reader to follow the site, and every page tells browsers and feed readers where it is.

  • Each entry carries the item's summary, or the start of its text.
  • Add ?lang=fr, or another language's code, for the feed in that language.
  • The feed is named after your site, from Site identity.

The calendar feed

The site publishes its events as a calendar at /calendar.ics, up to 200 of them, including those that ended in the last 30 days. A resident subscribes to it in their calendar app, and new events arrive there on their own. ?lang= works here too.

Both feeds show only published content open to everyone. They build themselves from your content, with nothing to set up.
