Landing

Landing chooses the images behind the homepage headline, in a slideshow. Changes are live as soon as you save.

Choosing the images

The screen lists the images in the Media library, most recent first.

1. Switch Show on for each image you want on the homepage.
2. Order them with the arrows. The homepage shows them in this order.
3. Press Save.

Up to twelve images show at once. With none chosen, the homepage uses its template's own photo. To add a new image, upload it under Media, then choose it here. See Media.

The slideshow

With more than one image, visitors move between them themselves. Auto-advance slides moves them on a timer instead, every 2,000 to 20,000 milliseconds. Leaving it off suits visitors who need time to read, and the screen recommends it.

With auto-advance on, visitors still get a Pause slideshow button. A visitor whose device asks for less motion sees no automatic change at all.

Only administrators open Landing.
