Home
Home is the first page after you sign in. It gathers what concerns you into cards, and each card links to the page behind it.
Groups and cards
Cards sit in four groups: Work, Materials, Portals & Automations and General. Each card shows one thing, and its View all opens the page behind it.
- Work: what waits on you in the work, My work orders, My reports, and the chart of My reports filed.
- Materials: Supply shortfalls, Stock needing attention and Recent stock.
- Portals & Automations: the latest requests from your portals.
- General: Field records, My requests, My help requests, Open help requests and Access requests.
A card with nothing to show hides itself, and a group with no cards left hides too. General always shows. Until there is anything to show, a Getting started card explains where to begin.
The cards you see follow your organization's modules and your rights.
Arranging cards
A card's ⋯ holds:
- Small, Medium and Large: how much room the card takes;
- Move up and Move down within its group;
- Move to: another group;
- Collapse card and Expand card.
With a mouse, drag a card onto another group to move it there. Home keeps your arrangement on this device, for your account.
Custom cards
Add card beside a group's name pins a search to your home page. Give the card a Card name and the Search terms, then Create card. The card shows the top matches across records, sites, stock and portal requests, and it stays up to date as they change.
A custom card's ⋯ adds Edit card and Remove card.
On the phone
The phone's home page shows the same kind of cards in one column. See On the phone.
