Capital planning
Aptli builds your capital plan from each asset's condition and risk and costs every year against the funds in your ERP.
A scenario takes a set of assets, a target and a span, and costs the activities that reach it. Scenarios sit side by side, and the one you adopt becomes planned work.

What it does
Capital planning and budgeting
A scenario costs every activity it generates by year, against each fund's ceiling, over the span you set.
Scenario analysis
Scenarios sit side by side: cost against the ceiling, and the condition and age of the portfolio each one reaches.
Fund forecasts
A fund is your ERP's bucket: its code, its name and its ceiling per year, read from the ERP. Each line draws on a fund.
Lifecycle cost forecasting
Rates live on the asset class, each from a date. A scenario overrides a price, a volume or an activity, and the catalogue keeps its own.
Delivery against the plan
Adopt writes one planned work order per asset and activity, and pushes the lines to your ERP. Completed work flows back against the plan.
Technical details
- A scenario holds asset sets, each a class and the filters that narrow it inside a drawn area.
- Each activity on a set carries its own filter, planned year and cost from the class's dated rates.
- Fill proposes what to fund from criteria the planner weights for each run, within a share of each fund.
- Each fund carries its ceiling by year from your ERP, and the plan shows funded, projected, reactive, remaining and delivered by year.
- A scenario places proposed assets on the map, and saving the plan writes them as planned assets.
- The outcome shows each class's level of service by year beside today's.
- Adopt writes one planned work order per asset and activity, and completed work counts back against the plan.
