Activity and keys

The count menu on the Automations page opens three windows.

Activity

Activity lists every run of a rule, every delivery to another system, every batch that came in and every change a rule made.

  • Time window: Last day, Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
  • Show: All, ↓ Incoming, ↑ Outgoing, Failures only or Changes.

Each entry says what happened, when, and how many attempts it took. Open record opens the record it acted on. A failed delivery holds Retry now.

A connection's or a rule's ⋯ › History opens Activity filtered to that one row. Clear connection filter or Clear rule filter shows everything again.

Keys and credentials

Keys and credentials holds both directions.

API keys let another system reach Aptli.

  1. Generate key, then give it a Name.
  2. Choose what it can reach. A key reaches only the resources you select and carries no admin rights.
  3. Copy the key. It shows once. Lost it? Revoke it and generate another.

The list shows each key's name, what it reaches, when it was last used and how many requests it has made. Revoke cuts off the system using it at once.

Credentials lists the passwords, tokens and database logins Aptli uses to reach other systems, one per connection. Each reads saved or none saved, and a saved one never shows again.

Inbound sources

Inbound sources lists every source Aptli reads from: feeds, map services, databases and devices, with each one's schedule and when it last ran. A connection's ⋯ › View details opens it narrowed to that connection.
