Ticketing

Aptli issues notices from the vehicle with no signal and carries each one through screening, hearings and payment to closure.

A fee schedule prices each charge. The person pays online, books a screening or a hearing, or disputes it, and the ledger holds every line.

What it does

  • Ticketing

An officer issues a notice from the phone, with the plate, the place and photos. Each notice carries a code the person uses to pay.

  • Fee schedules

A fee schedule sets the amount, in bands, from an answer on a form or a length of time.

  • Screening and hearings

Staff publish screening and hearing times, and the person books one online. A notice that leaves the step gives its seat back.

  • Online payment

Stripe and Moneris take payment inside the page. Receipts, refunds and reversals post to the ledger.

  • Disputes

The person disputes from the notice page, and the decision and its reasons stay on the notice.

Technical details
  • A charge prints its notice, a warning, a compliance order, a letter or court documents from the same record.
  • A receipt prints on a handheld printer's roll paper, and a reprint carries its own number tied to the original.
  • Disputes, hearings, payments, refunds and write-offs each move the charge and post to its ledger.
  • Administrators write each document's wording and choose the fields it merges.
  • An investigation moves from open to assigned to findings recorded to closed, with one person accountable throughout.
  • A rate card sells parking time by amount, with extensions, overnight rules and a refund window.
  • An enforcement system hears when a plate's paid time changes.
